No School Friday, Jan. 27!

Due to hazardous road conditions and ice, there will be no school Friday, January 27th.

Student Video Digital Citizenship PSA Contest

Win prizes and help our community! Digital Citizenship (responsible technology use) is an important topic today as we all know. Help us get the word out by creating a Public Service Announcement! You can choose an aspect of digital citizenship (cyber bullying, p to p file sharing, identity theft, etc.) and create a PSA. Winning entries will be aired on Slater Student News, PegTV and possibly WCAX as well. There are also lots of prizes. Students will get further information on the contest from their TA teachers and can also go to http://fhuhs.org/departments/it/category/tech-talk/ for all the information on the contest and on digital citizenship. Contact Mrs. Clarena Renfrow, Educational Technology Coach, with any questions or if you need assistance with your project. Also, please contact Ms. Sherry Prouty, School Resource Officer, to get information on the laws that pertain to your PSA topic. Be creative and have some fun! Good luck!
